Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 20days for first order. It will be more less days for next.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the samples. But the samples fee and freight paid by clients.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: We accept TT, LC payment. For TT, it's 30% T/T for deposit ,balance before goods ship out. For LC, it should be LC at sight.

Q: Do you produce the Air Cooler Mould?

A: Yes. Please send the 3D design or sample for us, we will make it. All our air coolers shell design and producing by ourselves. All models also get the patent.
